Corine Frankland

MA, Ph.D., PTP

Dr. Corine Frankland is an experienced somatic polarity therapist and spiritual director who has a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between the body, mind, and spirit. She believes that each individual has the ability to heal themselves and that the therapist's role is to provide support and guidance on the journey to wholeness.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that the psyche has a self-regulating and self-healing capacity, and she helps clients tap into this innate wisdom by integrating somatic practices such as breathwork, energetic balancing, and touch with talk therapy. This approach helps clients connect with their inner world, explore their unconscious patterns, and integrate their experiences at a deeper level.

Dr. Frankland's spiritual direction incorporates mindfulness. meditation, and contemplation to help clients connect with their spiritual essence. Through active listening and thoughtful reflection, she assists clients in discerning their unique path and making meaning of their experiences. Dr. Frankland emphasizes the integration of spiritual practices into daily life to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and interconnectedness. Her approach combines practical tools with respect for each individual's journey, empowering clients to deepen their relationship with the divine and cultivate self-awareness.

Through her compassionate and empathetic approach, Dr. Frankland helps clients navigate difficult life transitions with greater ease and grace, while also supporting them on their journey towards greater self-awareness, empowerment, and healing. Her holistic approach is grounded in the belief that true healing occurs when we address the root causes of our challenges and integrate all aspects of ourselves - body, mind, and spirit.
